Create your own cuvée

During 1h30, enjoy a real winemaking experience: become an oenologist for a day and create your very own wine.

After a guided tasting of the different grape varieties from our JUSTIN range (single-varietal wines), you will learn to identify their aromas, length on the palate, and tannin levels.
This tasting is served with a selection of charcuterie and cheeses.

Equipped with a technical sheet, a test tube, and the essential tasting glass, you will then be able to create your own blends according to your preferences: fruity, oaky, tannic, or aromatic.
And of course, you will leave with your personalized 75 cl bottle, the result of your own creation!
